At Yesoul Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home workout experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble your fitness equipment and pack it securely in the original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to collect the item directly from your home.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
